Door Systems
The system is designed to organize airlock mode of access to the production premises of the enterprise. The airlocking mode is provided by controlled opening of doors after establishment of increased pressure inside the airlock. Closed design provides pressure drop between adjacent rooms - working pressure from 15 Pa to 50 Pa.
Swinging doors with high strength and large glazing area.
The doors are 80mm thick and form a single plane with the wall of the premises.
The doors are equipped with concealed hinges and a concealed closer, which facilitates their sanitary processing.
Depending on the purpose of the doors, climate and pressure drop control panels, electro-magnetic locks connected to the ACS system, traffic lights, emergency door release buttons, antipanic handles are installed.
Doors are manufactured in the following versions:

Filling the frame and door leaf
The method of filling with polyurethane foam (PUF) is used, which ensures the strength of the structure, the absence of voids and reduces the weight of the structure.
The doors can also be filled with a hydrophobic heat-insulating plate of increased rigidity (stone wool) with a density of 160 kg / cubic meter, flammability group NG.
Frame
The structure is a bent galvanized metal (optional stainless steel AISI304) profile, with a single rebate. The frame has a seat for a seal, which can be replaced if damaged or the geometry can be changed to suit the required parameters.
Sash
The structure is produced in glass and blind versions. The glazing area is from 18% to 75% of the structure. Double tempered safety glass with a thickness of 4 mm is used.
The structure is a bent galvanized metal (optional stainless steel AISI304) profile, with a single rebate. The sash is also equipped with a seal for abutment.
Standard coating of the structure, antistatic powder coating RAL9016 (color and composition can be changed at customer's request), in a galvanized metal version.
The door structure is completely riveted, which allows you to maintain the required geometry of the structure (unlike a welded assembly). The fastening elements are hidden, without spoiling the appearance of the product.
The doors are equipped with high-quality fittings:

concealed adjustable door hinges with a maximum permissible load of up to 150 kg

concealed door closer with a maximum opening angle of 120⁰, adjustment by force, closing speed

concealed automatic threshold for sealing the gap between the door leaf and the floor when closing

anti-panic system allows you to open the door without using a key, which is important in an emergency
- electronic components - electric magnetic lock, reed switch (position sensor, etc.)
Furniture and devices are mounted in such a way as to ensure ease of maintenance, replacement in case of failure.
The door design allows you to complete it with various devices and fittings at the customer's request.
Doors are installed on pre-installed, projected mounting points in the columns of the wall system, using concealed fasteners.
