Air Filter Module (FFU)
Air filtration device designed for installation in rooms with high requirements for clean air environment. They are used in clean rooms with controlled environment in pharmaceutical and medical production, space industry, precision instrumentation, microelectronics, food and cosmetic production, as well as in medical facilities.

FFU SR creates a local zone of high purity class by continuously pumping turbulent air flow passing through HEPA filters. Multiple recirculation cleans the air space from contaminants: microparticles, dust, aerosol particles and pathogens.
FFU SR can be used both in a ceiling grid system and as a local stand-alone filter device to create a unidirectional uniform (laminar) air flow throughout the entire clean zone complex.
The module is installed both from the clean zone and from the ceiling space, with removable side ribs on the ceiling profile. FFU SR is also equipped with additional removable lugs for fastening to a concrete floor.

Three-level FVU housing - the structure consists of galvanized sheet steel with RAL 9016 antistatic powder coating (standard color, can be replaced at the customer's discretion) or is made of AISI304 stainless steel.
The standard size of the structure is always WLH 1.2 x 1.2 x 0.5 m.
The body consists of three modules equipped with sound insulation made of non-flammable, odorless material with non-abrasive, impermeable material for particles:

Fan module
Designed for installation of a high-performance and energy-saving electronically controlled fan, as well as installation of a G4 pre-filter
HEPA Filter Module
Designed for installation of the H14 HEPA filter system, equipped with a sealant (gel) for tight fit and installation in a seat with a protective mesh for filter filling. Filters are replaced from the Cleanroom zone.
All housing modules are mounted through a seal and sealed together.
Diffuser
The four-way diffuser is equipped with holes for inbound and outbound air flow. For ease of maintenance, the grill is attached to the unit by magnets and safety leashes to prevent falls. It is painted with antistatic powder paint in RAL 9016 or made of stainless steel AISI304.
